Great Christmas

We had a glorious Christmas!  The twins are crazy as usual and Harper is perfect as always!  Santa treated them all very well!

Divide and Conquer

The boys have found new ways to make Mom and Dad crazy.  We are down to our couch and a mini Bills chair recliner for furniture in the living room.  Life is wild but amazing.  We have so much to be thankful for:)

Sorry for the delay.  Mommy started football and life is crazy!  Both of the twins are walking and life is wild and wonderful!  Harper is back in school and he counted to 70 today for me!  Life is great in the McKenzie house:) I'm putting a link to a video below.  Pictures will come when I get my new IPhone.

Big Walker!

Big Chase is walking up a storm.  We went to Grandpa K's for a week and came back to Grandpa McKenzie and Jessa, Uncle Andy, Aunt Salwa, Braeden and Yasmine!  Life has been full of fun, family and love!  Harper, Cole and Chase went swimming in the mighty St. Lawrence and 2 of the 3 loved it!  Chase thought it was too chilly so he sat on the shore:)  Cole was kicking his feet and putting his face in like a tru river rat:) We spent wonderful time with Aunt Becca, Uncle A and Emma Grace:)  We are truly blessed!  All 3 boys missed their Mona so much they almost tackled her when we got home!  Good summer:)

First Haircuts!

The boys had their first haircut!  Chase needed it but we cut some of Cole's too so he wouldn't feel left out:)  Pics below! 

Summer Vacation!!!!!

Mommy is on summer vacation!  I had completely forgotten how much work real life is:)  We have had a great couple of days with going to the park and swimming in our little blow up pools.  I've thrown the boys schedules off though (Andrea would not be happy).  I'm off until August 13th and will have lots of new pics and posts between now and then!

Crazy Crawling

We certainly have had our hands full for the past few weeks!  The boys are crawling all over and pulling themselves up on everything! We spent memorial weekend at Grandpa K's and had a blast.  Harper and I just returned from Grandpa K's today from another weekend up there!  Only a couple weeks of school left and then it is summer vacation already!

Birthday Boys!

The sweet baby boys are 1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  It's been quite a year.  Everything has been more than worth it.  Our baby boys are both perfect and we can't thank you all enough for your love, support, prayers, and ears to listen to us all year long.  Thank you all.  We'll keep updating as much as we can!  Love to all!

They're mobile!

The boys are moving all over the place.  They do their own version of crawling.  They certainly get to where they want to get to.  Harper's doing fantastic!  He loves his Sunday lacrosse day!  Aaron's been busy getting our backyard ready for us for the summer!  It looks amazing:)

Big Lax Player

Harper started lacrosse on Sunday.  He's pretty awesome!  The boys are so active and have been outside watching Daddy build a fence and do all sorts of yard work all week!  Life is good in the McKenzie household:)

Update and You Tube Channel

All of the boys are doing great!  Harper got his first report card from school and he is truly amazing.  He counts to 30, knows the months in order, and the days of the week.  He's pretty much awesome.  The twins are wild!  They are both popping some bottom teeth out and are certainly keeping us busy!  They are starting to get into everything and it's so much fun!  I'm putting the link to our you tube channel, but I'm new at this so let me know if it doesn't work.  You should be able to see all of our videos.  Thank you all for all of the love and support.  Hard to believe they are almost a year old!

Great weather!

All of our boys are doing great!  We had amazing weather this week, so they all  got out to play!  Cole's doing great without his tube and Chase is loving life!  Harper has been playing with snakes, turtles and any other wildlife he finds in our backyard!

No more feeding tube!!!!!!

Cole had his feeding tube removed on Monday!  He's doing amazing.  They took it out and put some gauze over it and it was done!  It will heal all on it's own.  It looks like a little dimple and will leave a tiny scar, but no big deal at all!!  Chase is doing great!  Harper and Mommy just got back from pancake breakfast with Grandpa Little and Mona!  Weekends are awesome!! 

Fun Weekend

We had a great weekend with Uncle Andy, Aunt Salwa, Braeden and Yasmine!  Harper had a slumber party at Mona's with everyone and then Ethan, Jake, Josh and Liam all came to play too.  So fun!  Harper James is the luckiest boy in the world because "his" Jeanie has been driving him to school.  He loves it!  The boys are quite mobile these days.  Andrea will certainly have her hands full in the upcoming weeks (as if she didn't already).  Love having family in town to hold babies and play with Harper!

Big Boys!!

Big weigh in at the pediatrician yesterday......Cole Thomas weighing in at 12 lbs 11 oz!!!!! And Chase Donald weighing in at 20 lbs 5 oz!!!!  The pediatrician was absolutely thrilled with their progress!  I am calling the surgery center to have them remove Cole's feeding tube because he no longer needs it!  We have not used it since October 26th and he is gaining weight and eating great!  I'm going to add more videos and pictures in the next few days so stayed tuned!!

Awesome Weekend

Had an awesome weekend with Elizabeth here!  Much needed visit for a very homesick (Cape Vincent) mommy:)  We went to Akron Falls and played on the playground in snow pants.  So fun!  Cole and Chase are loving their food right now and Mommy is loving the baby bullet to make their food.  Andrea had a great first day of being nanny.  She had all of the boys sleeping at one time!  Super nanny!!  Good days for the McKenzie clan:)

The boys are all doing awesome.  Harper loves preschool and is getting better and better at writing his letters!  He's so big.  Chase and Cole are beginning to fight already:)  They play tug of war with their toys and pull each others hair to get what they want:)  It's great!  Mommy is a full time teacher and part time Athletic Trainer starting February 1st so we'll see how that goes.  The boys will be fine, Mommy on the other hand will probably have a few weepy days.  The link below is a video of the boys playing on the floor on Daddy's favorite snoopy blanket.  Enjoy!

Update

The twins are doing very well.  They are rolling all over the place and trying new foods all the time.  Harper is so excited that we have snow finally!!  He and Daddy have been playing outside for the past 2 days and having a ball.  Hank (Michele and Z's dog) pulled him around on his sled today and he had a ball.  I'm putting a link to the video on youtube.  Let me know if it works:)

Pleasant Day

We actually had a pleasant day that was full of Dr. appointments at Children's.  First of all.....we got a great parking spot (makes all the difference in the world).  Cole's dermatology appointment went well, and his urodynamic test was amazing.  No signs of any issues from his surgery/tethered cord.  He's up to about 11 lbs 10 oz:)  He loves going to the Dr.  He rolls around on the table and giggles and laughs and has a ball.  Harper loves his preschool!  He made a snowman with marshmallows and admittedly ate some of the marshmallows:)  Chase has been clapping to music and it is awesome.  He's got rhythm! 

Happy New Year

Happy New Year to all!  We can't thank everyone enough for all of the love and support we have gotten throughout 2011.  It was a long year with a glorious result!  We have 3 beautiful boys who are happy and healthy!  Harper is starting at Jackson Pond preschool on Thursday!  He's so excited to make new friends and play with new toys.  Chase is giant and rolling around all over.  No more putting him on the floor to go do the dishes.  Cole is rolling over but at least he doesn't end up under the coffee table yet:)  Cole and Chase can't get enough of their big brother.  All he has to do is say hi and they laugh and laugh!  Cole had OT and PT today and did very well.  He has a procedure on Friday to make sure his bladder is functioning the right way with his tethered cord release.  Dr. Li will follow him until he is potty trained to make sure there are no repercussions from the tethered cord.  We're excited to start a new year with our perfect family:)
